TOLERAINE SOOTHING CREAM
I'm 49 and for the first time in my life I've started to experience sensitive skin which I think must be due to the hormone fluctuations of perimenopause. I wanted a soothing cream for the days my skin was feeling sensitive. I absolutely love this cream and will definitely repeat buy. It feels so good! I use it both morning and night. The texture is like a very high end moisturiser and feels really rich, luxurious and cosseting. It’s not really thick, more a creamy fluid, that absorbs well and gives a nice glow. Fragrance free & layers well. Zero reaction, cooling, calming and comforting. Perfection for sensitive skin. Appreciate everyone’s skin is different but this for me is perfect. My skin is not happy at the moment due to chemo and it’s been a hero product. Will continue to use this once treatment ends as imagine after using acids it’s very nice.

I bought both the night cream and this daytime version and while I love both the night cream will definitely be a staple in my routine but this particular cream I don't see myself using as frequently. Although it's very soothing and calming on the skin I personally find it a little bit on the thick/rich side for every day use for my skin type, hence the 4 stars. I will probably use it more often in the colder months (bought this coming into spring) when my skin tends to be much drier and in need of a richer, protecting moisturiser. Overall a great product at a great price point that I would recommend to anyone with dry, sensitive skin.
