Use daily as a cleanser. Warm an almond-sized amount into the skin, massaging with light circular movements, loosening the balm into an oil. Moisten fingertips and continue to massage so that the oil emulsifies into a milk. Rinse with water or remove with a cleansing cloth.

Fabulous for wash 1 (and smells good enough to eat)
This is one of the best make up removing cleansers I've used-- ever. I *almost* don't have to use mascara remover first (almost). The texture is lux and the smell is delicious. It removes makeup without harshness. I don't like to leave my skin with the feeling oil -- so I use a gentler, non oil based cleanser after this balm. Lovely balm but awful fragrance
I wanted to love this new black Cherry balm but I just can’t get on board with the fragrance. It smells lovely when opening but the minute you start working it onto the face it completely changes and it has the most awful synthetic non cherry fragrance. Such a shame as the balm its self is rich and indulgent and is a great cleanser.

An OMG Holy grail cleanser.
I have always enjoyed elemis cleansing balms. The rose one is gorgeous, so was suped excited to try this. It was gifted to me in a pamper box. The smell is yummy. I love black cherry fragrances so this was a winner. I always keep it on my face fof an hour or so. as a face mask. A lottld goes a long way as well. So thiz tiny pot is still going after 3 weeks. It leaves the skin so soft amd fragrant.

Wow. I am in love with this. I love Elemis cleansing balms. The original is lovely, the rose too but this black cherry one is just amazing. The smell is amazing and it leaves my skin feeling so clean, smooth and soft. My skin can be quite sensitive to some fragrances, especially around my eyes but not a problem with my skin when using this at all. So happy with it.
